Sunapee Conservation Commission Meeting Date October 7, 2009

After discussion Robert Hill made the motion to have Bruce Burdett and Lela Emery reappointed to the Sunapee Conservation Commission for a three year term. Roger Whitaker seconded the motion. Bruce and Lela have filed the appropriate paperwork to continue on in the Commission. All in favor 5. Opposed 0.
Bruce Burdett made the motion to accept the Minutes from the September 2, 2009 meeting as written. The motion was seconded by Roger Whitaker. All in Favor 5, Opposed 0.

SCC will plan a walk date for Ledge Pond to answer questions and show the results of the timber harvest and the water front, views. The date and time will be for October 28th with a rain date of Thursday October 29th @ 3pm. An indoor informational meeting will be set on a meeting night at a later month. Beth, Donna and Van will be meeting October 19th, to discuss the trail, right away and the land swap regarding the Ledge Pond parcels. Clayton Platt has been hired to do the survey of the Gore Lot and the remote lot.
Conservation members discussed the Commission fund, warrant articles and change in use tax for 2010. Bruce Burdett made the motion to set the warrant Article for the Conservation Commission Fund request to be $15,000.00 the motion was seconded by Roger Whitaker.
Robert Hill made the motion for the 2010 Conservation Commission budget will stay level funded at $3150.00 in all categories. Training $75. Membership $725. General Supplies $100. Professional Services $2,250. The motion was seconded by Bruce Burdett.
